Ms. Neijna has been in the real estate consulting field for over 25 years and has gained exposure to a wide array of commercial real estate property types and ownership structures in various real estate cycles. Tiffany started her career as a commercial real estate appraiser before getting her Masters in Tax and CPA and joining Ernst & Young’s Transaction Real Estate and Hospitality group.
During her 12-year tenure with EY, she worked with clients providing M&A due diligence and feasibility studies for hotel acquisitions and developments, assisting REITS and other institutional buyers with financial reporting for real estate holdings and evaluating market support for property pricing and valuation. After running the feasibility process for a large South Florida mixed-use resort development, Tiffany assumed the investor relations role for Diplomat Properties. She later founded and is currently President of Purchase Price Allocation Advisors, a boutique consulting firm that provides valuation support for commercial real estate acquisitions.
In her role as Director at SS&C GlobeOp Fund Services. Tiffany works in the alternative investment space with a focus on real estate and private equity funds. She helps her clients optimize their performance and returns by gaining operational efficiencies through streamlined processes to improve reporting and profitability. Tiffany received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Master of Science in Taxation from Florida International University.
