Mindfulness and Munchies: Guided Meditation with Scott Anderson

Join us to learn guided meditation with Scott Anderson! The well-documented benefits of Mindfulness are often associated with quieting the mind, though eliminating or changing thoughts is not the intent of Mindfulness. In this session, participants will explore how Mindfulness is about changing the relationship to thoughts, and how the benefits of Mindfulness flow from cultivating an awareness of the naturally occurring thoughts, perceptions and emotions. Lunch is provided for this event.
