Dan Abel (BBA ’10), co-founder and chief executive officer of Pilot Project Brewing in Chicago, and Steve Holle (MS ’88), founder of Kansas City Bier Company, will share their experiences in the beer industry, give perspectives on current trends, and answer audience questions.
