Jean brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to executive and career coaching, leveraging a background in staffing and industry recruitment, higher education enrollment and career management, as well as over 15 years of experience in coaching teams, individual contributors, new managers, emerging leaders, and senior-level executives. She is passionate about the impact of professional life coaching, specifically in working with leaders and teams who are striving to break through plateaus and achieve the next level in their own development, achievement, and career trajectory.

Brian has worked in higher education for over seven years in areas of multicultural education, career services, and student affairs administration. Before joining the MBA and Master’s Career Management Team, Brian was a career development manager in the undergraduate program. Brian believes in learning his students and gaining an understanding of what skills they need to achieve their goals. He is steadfast in his belief of empowerment, strategic planning, professional development, and knowing one’s strengths and value.

Mara’s creative strategic approach to career management comes from her diverse range of experience in teaching, advertising, digital branding, and strategy and professional coaching. Most recently, she worked for a global outplacement and career transitioning firm as an outplacement strategy coach and a LinkedIn social media subject matter expert.
