With nearly 25 years of professional experience, Audrey Bauman has a diverse background in risk management. Currently, she is a Senior Manager in the Business Consulting practice at Ernst & Young, LLP (EY) and specializes in driving value for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs for clients in a variety of industries. Prior to EY, Audrey was a Delivery Head of Professional Services for MetricStream, Inc. where she was responsible for a portfolio of client projects overseeing implementations of MetricStream’s GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) software.
Earlier in her career, Audrey worked for Marsh & McLennan Companies as a Senior ERM Advisor, serving as an internal subject matter expert on ERM to the Chief Risk Officer and the four operating companies. Audrey’s other experience included leading consulting engagements and assisting clients with all aspects of designing and implementing ERM programs with Marsh Risk Consulting and Aon.
Audrey’s background also includes positions at Zurich North America and Lincoln Financial Advisors with a concentration on life insurance. She has developed and delivered ERM-related educational sessions at numerous conferences, webinars, and other risk-based events as well as created thought-leading presentations and white papers. Audrey began her career as a forecasting meteorologist for a weather services company based in Boston.
Audrey holds an MBA in Risk Management and Insurance and a BS in Meteorology, both from the University of Wisconsin. She is also a Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) and holds an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation.
