Dale is founder and CEO of Ovative Group, a measurement, digital marketing and strategy agency focused on activating enterprise value through marketing, analytics, and technology services.
Dale draws from 23 years of experience at Target Corporation, including eight years as President of Target.com, which he built from the start-up stage to more than $1 billion in business. He also built the Target Guest Database, an initiative that delivered direct marketing and guest insight capabilities to the Target enterprise and readied the organization for the digital age. Previously, Dale served as Senior Vice President of Merchandising for the Department Store Division of Target.
Dale serves on the boards of Bellacor.com and the University of Wisconsin Alumni Association. He is an avid Wisconsin Badgers fan and wears at least a little “Bucky Red” at all times.
