Michelle A. Gile is the Vice President, National Accounts with Cleo. Cleo is the support system for working families. Ms. Gile is responsible for commercial operations in the east for this innovative start-up company.

Ms. Gile has been in the healthcare industry for her entire career. She has held numerous executive positions spanning different functional areas and with increasing responsibility including general management, sales, marketing, strategy, operations, training and development, and market access.

Prior to joining Cleo, Ms. Gile provided management consulting services to start-up leadership and investors. She assisted investors with vetting investment opportunities in telehealth, virtual care, point solutions and digital health and worked with leadership teams to build sales and client success organizations to scale successfully. Prior to that, Ms. Gile was the Senior Vice President of Health Plan & Employer Solutions for a leading telehealth company that offered software, services, and access to clinical services for health plans, employers and delivery network. Ms. Gile also worked with a leading healthcare company’s Specialty Solutions new business and was responsible for the development and execution of strategic payer sales and contracting strategy. Prior to that position Ms. Gile worked for over 20 years at an industry-leading pharmaceutical company where she was an executive in the managed markets group. The group encompassed creating and executing the strategic business operation plans and partnership formation with some of the country’s largest health plans, PBMs and other health care associations and groups.

Ms. Gile received her undergraduate BBA degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
