Mike Culhane joined Uline in 2018 and leads its Finance and Legal teams. Uline is a Wisconsin-based shipping and industrial supply distributor with a great growth record.
Prior to joining Uline, Mr. Culhane held CFO positions at Bon-Ton Stores, Fareportal, Hudson’s Bay Company and Lord & Taylor. After a restructuring of Hudson’s Bay Company, Mr. Culhane led the company’s successful IPO in 2012, on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He spent 13 years in public accounting rising from Staff Accountant to Partner with Arthur Andersen, in four different offices (Dallas, St. Louis, Seattle and Boise).
Mr. Culhane graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a BBA in Accounting in 1984. He earned his CPA in 1986 and was recognized with the Elijah Watt Sells “with high distinction” award.
Mr. Culhane lives with his wife Sally, in Princeton, NJ, and they have a second home in Lake Geneva. They have two grown daughters who graduated from college and have begun their careers. Mike enjoys golf, running and watching football and basketball (especially the Badgers).
