Nik began his career in 1995 at Target in Finance. Since then he has held numerous positions throughout the organization. Since June 2014, Nik has been the Vice President Merchandise Manager for two Divisions–Toys and Sporting Goods. He is responsible for driving growth and profitability through product assortment, promotions and pricing. Nik reports to the Senior Vice President of the Hardlines Pyramid.
Nik received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Accounting and his MBA from the University of Minnesota.
He met his wife, Michelle, at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. They have three girls ages 9, 11, and 12. Nik is actively involved in his community. He recently completed a 3-year term as Chairman of the Board of Directors for “Emerge Community Development”. Nik also enjoys golfing, reading and running.
