Nízida has nearly 30 years of investment experience as an asset manager and allocator. Her background includes traditional and alternative strategies, portfolio management, manager research, and governance for insurance, pension, and foundation clients.
Most recently, she oversaw fixed income assets at Wespath Benefits and Investments, where she was part of a small team managing nearly $30 billion in AUM of defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans plus foundation & endowment assets.
Previously, Nízida held several senior positions at Nuveen Investments, including Head of Due Diligence and Head of Fixed Income Manager Research. She also worked at Allstate Insurance as a corporate fixed income public & private portfolio manager for insurance and pension clients.
She received an MBA from the University of Wisconsin and serves on the School of Business External Dean Advisory Board. She has a BS in Finance and Economics from the University of Puerto Rico and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
