Corporate Engagement

Partner With Us To Drive Human Resources Forward

The Strategic Human Resource Management (SHR) Center fosters premier industry partnerships to guide the future of human resources. Interested alumni, HR professionals, and friends of the center can partner with us in these ways:

Be a mentor

Use your professional experience to guide students on networking, career pathways, and professional opportunities.

Each MBA SHR student in their first year has a mentor working in HR.

Engage with students

Join partners who are recruiting our talented students, sponsoring events, guest lecturing, and hosting applied learning opportunities, such as visits to their companies.

Solve an HR challenge

Solve an HR challenge your organization is facing by collaborating with Business Badgers. Students take the HR Capstone Project in the spring and partner with a variety of organizations.
