Applied Real Estate Investment Track (AREIT) Board Meeting
Friday September 29, 2023 | 10:30am – 12:30pm
AREIT Board meetings are held quarterly and allow the AREIT Student teams to present their investment strategy for various U.S. Equity REIT’s in front of the AREIT Board members. Each student team member is responsible for developing a thorough understanding of one to three real estate sectors over the course of the academic year. The team will develop a macro-economic outlook and investment strategy and will invest funds while continuing to monitor the capital & real estate markets in order to make any necessary adjustments. These results will be reviewed with recommendations from the AREIT board.
