Explore Business Careers Through Design Thinking

The Career Exploration Conference is an event designed to help students see career planning through the lens of Design Thinking. Students will be encouraged to: Get Curious, Talk to People, and Try Things as a way to start creating the life they want in the future. The event will feature student speakers, employers and faculty experts who will offer insight and knowledge on how to tap into resources and opportunities in WSB to create a plan to reach their professional goals.

PLEASE NOTE: This event is for current business, pre-business, and business certificate students

Participants will:

• Learn more about how to get curious, talk to people and design the life you want
• Hear from current students, alumni, and faculty about their career path
• Explore major options through a case study scenario

What you will get:

• A curated list of alumni to network with
• Inside advice directly from employers
• A resource guide for exploration and networking
• A gift from WSB

2:30 – 3:15 PM | Fireside chat with current students, alumni and employers

A fireside chat with a current student, employers and a recent alum on their career journey of self-discovery, trial and error.

3:15 – 3:30 PM | Break
