Complete a fun and interactive scavenger hunt around the Wisconsin School of Business, exploring the school’s history, spaces, and offerings. During this family-friendly event, attendees will visit various spaces within Grainger Hall, including the Multicultural Center, the Career Engagement Studio, the Learning Commons, and more! While this is a kid-friendly event, an adult must accompany all children (ages 18 and under). For most attendees, the scavenger hunt will take 30–45 minutes to complete.
Complete the below activities to earn a stamp on your scavenger hunt passport and win a prize once you’ve finished. Please stop by the check-in table in the rotunda near the University Avenue entrance to pick up your passport before starting.

This event is part of UW–Madison’s Community Open House. Enjoy family-friendly fun, interactive science and art activities, Bucky Badger, and more, all right here on campus. The best part? Everything is free and open to the public – even the 175 S’more Years ice cream. You’re invited; just come along with us.
This event will occur from noon–3 p.m. Saturday, April 6, 2024 at the Wisconsin School of Business. Attendees should pick up their scavenger hunt passports at the check-in table in the rotunda near the University Ave. entrance. Guests will complete activities throughout the first, second, and third floors of Grainger Hall as part of the scavenger hunt.
This event is free to attend and open to the public.
This event is suitable for all ages and will have activities specifically geared toward children in kindergarten through 12th grade.
Participants will complete a scavenger hunt around Grainger Hall to learn more about all the school has to offer. Guests will also be able to take photos at a selfie station.
Paid parking is available in several lots across campus. Lot 7 is located beneath Grainger Hall. There are several bus stops near Grainger Hall. Street parking is available nearby.
If you’ve lost an item, please visit the information desk on the first floor to inquire if it’s been turned in. If you find an item that’s not yours, please give it to the information desk.
Accessible restrooms are available on all floors of Grainger Hall. Inclusive restrooms can be found on the first floor near the Learning Commons.
This event is taking place indoors and is planned for rain or shine.
Grainger Hall is wheelchair accessible, with ramps and elevators available for easy navigation. Limited accessible parking spaces are available in Lot 7. Please display the appropriate parking permit.
