Redlining: A Harmful Practice Impacting our Communities

Participants explore the history of structural racism and inequality, how these designs compounded each other from 1938 Redlining maps until today, and how WE can come together to deconstruct these systems with intentionality.
This workshop falls under the Context and Culture competency and counts towards the Inclusive Leadership Badge.
