Servant and Courageous Leadership

Servant Leadership describes a style that seeks to involve team members in decision-making, is embedded in ethical and caring behavior, and emphasizes the importance of opportunities for the growth and development of workers. Courageous Leadership refers to the bravery it takes to create positive change in the face of significant challenges. Come to this workshop to learn how the combination of these leadership styles can be used to disrupt assumptions and structures in order to drive DEI-related positive change among organizations.
