I’ve always been interested in the business side of health care delivery. Earning my Wisconsin Executive MBA allowed me to hone my leadership skills and expand my career options. The program gave me the essential business skills I needed to build on my previous dental practice experience and keep moving forward.

I gained so much from the teamwork and collaboration of the program’s cohort approach. I was able to learn alongside people from many different industries and hear their varied perspectives. It was fascinating, impressive, and challenging to be in a cohort of different executive-level professionals. My classmates were wonderful about sharing their expertise.

The program’s organizational management class helped me refine my career—and gave me practical applications I could use to help my team grow. It was so rewarding to be able to apply classroom and project learning immediately to impact my work and see results.

We started the program with immersion week which gave our cohort a chance to build relationships that carried into our classroom collaboration. Immersion also helped me solidify my career goals and begin to see how the elements of the Wisconsin Executive MBA Program would get me the skills and experience for the success I envisioned.

One of the things that excited me most was the global trip to South Africa. That firsthand experience was invaluable, providing wide-ranging perspectives on global business. I was able to connect with health professionals in South Africa and learn more about health care delivery in that culture.
