The Wisconsin Executive MBA Program was the right fit for me. I looked at other universities, but the prestige of the Wisconsin School of Business and the high caliber of the program’s students, led to my final decision. Students at Wisconsin share a highly focused, team-based MBA experience where they bring in knowledge from their diverse professional backgrounds and industries.
Through the program, I’ve grown as a person and as a professional. I have gained a new appreciation for other business disciplines and have developed my critical thinking and decision-making skills. I look at challenges differently now.
The faculty are experts at engaging experienced professionals. Economics and Organizational Behavior have been excellent classes and we’ve studied an array of interesting concepts. I’m impressed with how much class material I can immediately apply to my job.
It was intimidating going back to school having not stepped into a classroom in 15 years, but I was able to quickly adapt to the academic setting and excel because of the program’s interactive environment. The administration and faculty realize that each cohort brings a wealth of information. Students enter the program with their own expertise and you are able to learn from classmates’ experiences and share knowledge with one another.
Within our cohort, we work hard, yet we have a tremendous amount of fun. We are unified as we learn our classroom material. Within the program, you have highly motivated peers who help each other succeed. I am so impressed with what each teammate brings to the table and is willing to share.
The supportive atmosphere drives the program. I enjoy the open door policy and having the program staff present during the weekends. I feel that if I have a problem, a listening ear will always be available.
