Hello business students! Have you been looking for a community around campus, especially with the added difficulties of COVID-19? Do you have a passion for education and equal access? Or perhaps you would love to mentor high school students throughout the college application process? If any of these sound interesting, we would love for you to join Matriculate!
Matriculate is a national non-profit organization that works with high-achieving low-income high school students as they transition to college. We’re seeking advising fellows to mentor students virtually and help them through the college application and decision process.
Along with developing skills for peer mentoring and impacting the lives of their high school students, students can also gain valuable leadership experience, build important communication skills, and help make a difference on our campus. Submit an eligibility form at the following link, and complete an application by October 18th: https://tinyurl.com/MAT22apply
Please know that the eligibility form is completely non-binding! If you have any
questions or concerns, you’re more than welcome to reach out to cbielby@wisc.edu or explore
the Matriculate website: http://www.matriculate.org/about-matriculate
