Grant is currently a Digital Supply Chain Manager at the Kraft Heinz Company (KHC) in Chicago, IL. Grant’s role is at the intersection of technology and supply chain, where he is the primary contact between data science, app developers, designers, and end business users. Grant has a unique role, where he collaborates with inventory control, transportation, customer service, and logistics operations teams, streamlining their short to long term functions with dashboards and automation.
Prior to his current role, Grant worked in inventory capabilities at KHC, managing inventory policy projects that provided the planning guidelines for over 200 planners and over $1.2 billion in inventory. Similar to his current role, he was the central point of contact for many various teams, leveraging supply planning attributes to drive systematic changes that aligned with the financial needs of the company. He also has experience in materials waste management, working at Medline Industries as an Analyst for a year.
Grant graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 2019 with a degree in Neurobiology and worked as an MCAT Instructor and Supply Chain Sustainability Associate before returning to UW in 2021 to obtain a master’s degree in supply chain management. Outside of work, Grant enjoys music production, sustainability projects, traveling, and hitting the links.
