Tanya is a Marketing & Consumer Insights Leader with extensive experience in both Consumer Packaged Goods and Pharmaceuticals. Over her 20-year career at Kraft Foods, she held a variety of roles with increasing responsibility. At Kraft, she was the Consumer Insights & Strategy Lead for the Beverages Business Unit, Kraft Pizza Company, and the Walmart Shopper Insights team. In addition, she has experience at Oscar Mayer, Kraft Mac & Cheese and the Kraft Natural Organic Business Units.
Currently, Tanya is the Lead Director of Dermatology Marketing Analytics & Business Insights at AbbVie Biopharmaceuticals. She currently oversees the advanced analytics and strategic insights for the Skyrizi and Rinvoq brands. Skyrizi is AbbVie’s largest brand, while Rinvoq is the company’s fastest-growing brand and is currently pursuing approval for two additional indications. Her team delivers brand performance analytics, comprehensive market assessments, and customized physician and patient insights that drive Marketing & Sales strategy.
Prior to her current role, Tanya led AbbVie’s Oncology Insights team for five years, where she directed strategic research for Venclexta, contributed to the development of insights for new Oncology brands and indications, and built relationships with key collaborative partners. Tanya has received multiple President’s Awards in recognition of her contributions, including the launch of Humira Citrate Free Direct-To-Consumer advertising and the integration of Patient Journey insights into AbbVie’s long-range planning.
A proud ‘double Badger,’ Tanya earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management and a Master of Science in Marketing Research from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She remains actively connected with the UW Marketing Leadership Institute and previously chaired the A.C. Nielsen External Advisory Board Executive Committee.
