Adaptive Leadership
Wednesday, March 20 | 4:00pm – 5:00pm
Students will learn the principles of Adaptive Leadership Theory and how it can be used to motivate groups, teams, and organizations to “buy-in” to innovative solutions to complex problems and overcome resistance to change.
This workshop falls under the Connection and Community competency and counts towards the Leading for Change Badge.
