Don’t Just Manage

Students will understand the difference between a manager and a leader and why it’s important to practice both, know how to use 5 practices to improve their team dynamics and leadership abilities, and reflect on their leadership skills and how to improve them.
This workshop falls under the Interpersonal Communication competency and counts towards the Personal Leadership Styles Badge.
