Do you struggle to accomplish your work, balance your schedule, concentrate, or advocate for yourself? Do you want to procrastinate less, feel more motivated, and be more efficient? We’d love to help!
Clinicians within the School Psychology program are offering a 12-week small group intervention—Managing Your ADHD in College (MYAC)—to address symptoms related to attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). A formal diagnosis is not required. Strategies taught in this weekly, 1-hour small group are useful in many settings (e.g., work, school, social). The accountability involved in participation has helped former clients increase time efficiency, feel more motivated, and be more productive.
Our group will begin on Tuesday, February 4. Cost of the program is $200 (need-based scholarships available). We have a limited number of spots available, so please reach out as soon as possible if you think you’d benefit from this group. Contact Student Assessment Services (SAS) at 608-265-2802 or studentassessmentservices@education.wisc.edu for more information or to register.
