The Tommy Thompson Leadership $2,300 award recognizes undergraduates who have worked in public or community service, pursued entrepreneurial endeavors, and/or demonstrate leadership.
UW-Madison undergraduates from any school or college with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 can apply. This is a state-wide award from the Tommy Thompson Center. UW-Madison applicants are reviewed by a university panel. Selected finalists are forwarded to A state-wide committee for selection for a $2,300 award paid out in Spring 2023.
The deadline to apply for this opportunity is: October 25, 2022.
Eligibility Requirements:
-Be enrolled as a full time student
-Agree to attend one Tommy Thompson event after receiving the scholarship
-Be in good academic standing when applying
-Submit resume or CV
-Submit a personal statement
