The Accenture Leadership Center (ALC) hosts several events throughout the semester, including case competitions, workshops, and service events. Sign up for an event to get involved—no experience necessary! Email with questions about events.


Join in for our interactive workshops geared towards building your leadership skills. All of our workshops count towards one of our Business Badger Badges and the campus-wide Leadership Certificate.

Group Dynamics Badge

Cultivating Shared Ownership

Monday, April 22 | 4:00pm5:00pm

Often in groups, everyone assumes others will take ownership of the outcomes, thus ensuring no one will take ownership. The most effective way to ensure the outcome is for everyone to take ownership. However, that is easier said than done. In this workshop you will learn how to create group ownership.

This workshop falls under the Bridge-Building and Collaboration competency and counts towards the Group Dynamics Badge.

Inclusive Leadership Badge

Allyship to Advocate to Co-Conspirator: Taking Action

Tuesday, April 30 | 4:00pm5:00pm

Allyship is just the beginning when it comes to using your privilege and power to support and advocate for those who have been under-represented. Participants will investigate ways to determine when to learn, step up and become a co-conspirator.

This workshop falls under the Inclusive Engagement competency and counts towards the Inclusive Leadership Badge.

Personal Leadership Styles Badge

Values-Based Leadership

Friday, May 3 | 8:00amThursday, May 9 | 11:30pm

Students will identify and explore their personal values and learn the importance of clear values in relation to leadership, collaboration, and decision-making.

This workshop falls under the Self-Awareness competency and counts towards the Personal Leadership Styles Badge.

Case Competitions

The ALC hosts two annual Case Competitions: The P&G Case Competition is for first-year students as an opportunity to learn more about Case Competition best practices. The ALC Leadership Case Competition provides a unique opportunity for personalized feedback and advice from seasoned executives.
