Workshops
Join in for our interactive workshops geared towards building your leadership skills. All of our workshops count towards one of our Business Badger Badges and the campus-wide Leadership Certificate.
Overcoming Change Resistance
Students will learn the psychological reasons behind change resistance, the seven stages of change, and strategies to encourage teams and organizations to participate in the change process.
This workshop falls under the Ideas into Action category and counts towards the Leading for Change badge.

Values-Based Leadership
Students will identify and explore their personal values and learn the importance of clear values in relation to leadership, collaboration, and decision-making.
This workshop falls under the Self-Awareness category and counts towards the Personal Leadership Styles badge.

Understanding Impact: Learning from Senegal
Students will learn about how the decisions of businesses can affect African communities, learn about the impact of our consumer choices on African communities, and explore solutions or alternatives to exploitative practices.
This workshop falls under the Integrity category and counts towards the Socially Responsible Leadership badge.

Case Competitions
The ALC hosts two annual Case Competitions: The P&G Case Competition is for first-year students as an opportunity to learn more about Case Competition best practices. The ALC Leadership Case Competition provides a unique opportunity for personalized feedback and advice from seasoned executives.
Service Weeks
Take time and give back to the community during one of our low-commitment service days. The ALC provides transportation and food for all participants.
Leadership Conference
Our annual ALC Leadership Conference provides an opportunity for you to delve in deeper to a variety of leadership topics while sharing your own experiences and networking with your peers.
Change Forum
Our annual Change Forum will walk you through the process of creating a “Change Action Plan.” This plan will serve as a transferrable tool to use in creating positive change in the future.
