This interactive workshop will cover key definitions of “sustainability,” “ESG” (Environmental, Social, Governance), and “impact.” The workshop will explore the internal and external forces that drive or impact sustainability in business in both positive and negative ways and consider why a business leader or financial investor needs to care about these topics. This workshop will also cover what good, practical sustainability/ESG programs look like, and the complex decisions and trade-offs leaders face in developing and maintaining sustainability programs. The workshop will include a fast-paced combination of leader presentations, discussion, and collaborative exercises.
This workshop falls under the Decision-Making category and counts towards the Socially Responsible Leadership badge.
