Welcome! We are thrilled to host the annual BisNet conference on UW–Madison’s beautiful campus this October. On this page, you will find registration and attendance fee payment (rolled into one form!), accommodations, transportation and campus directions, conference schedule, and cancellation policy. All times are in Central Time.

Register and pay in one single step! Please do so by August 15, 2025. Our attendance fee is tax-free.
Just steps away from campus and right in the city, we encourage you to take advantage of the group rate at the Madison Downtown Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton.
You can book one, two, or three nights at the group rate until September 1, 2025, after which date the room block and group rate will expire. As such, be sure to book by September 1, 2025!

Hotel breakfast is complimentary. The breakfast area is located on the first floor lobby. When exiting the elevators, turn left, then left again after the wall. The hours are as follows:
We recommend taxi or rideshare for the quick 15-minute drive from MSN (Dane County Regional Airport) to the group rate hotel (Downtown Madison Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton). Thursday and Friday conference sessions will take place in Union South as shown below.
Conference venue, reception, dinner, and the group rate hotel are all within a 20-minute walking distance of one another. In the case of mobility limitations, you are welcome to plan your commute using the Madison Metro Transit System’s Route Planning tool.

All cancellations must be received in writing no later than September 1, 2025. After this date, all payments are non-refundable. If a cancellation notification is received on or before this date, the registration fee is refundable, minus a $50.00 processing fee. Parking permits are non-refundable. UW Conference Management may require up to 10 business days to process and issue a refund. To cancel, please contact Laura Richards at 608.265.6534 or email laura.richards@wisc.edu.
As a separate matter of business set by the group rate hotel, the cancellation deadline for the group rate hotel reservation is 48 hours prior to arrival. For more details regarding the group rate hotel cancellation policy, please see your individual reservation.
