The workshop will be led by Tamie Klumpyan, Program Manager, Consultant and Facilitator, Inclusion@UW
Polarities, or differing perspectives, can often create tension and conflict. Yet, often times, these polarities must co-exist over time for success. How can we shift either/or thinking to both/and thinking? What are some ways to braid together two seemingly contradictory poles? Work through some common examples of polarities and learn how “the Third Way” can make space for both. Staff, faculty, and students are welcome to attend.
