Why choose Wisconsin?
I decided to attend UW-Madison’s MSBA program both for its ability to help me grow professionally and its location. As a prospective student, I was very impressed to learn about the professional opportunities the MSBA provides such as the Applied Consulting Practicum and the program’s proven track record of helping students launch their careers in the field of business analytics. Additionally, after growing up in Iowa City and Ann Arbor, I know how special it is to live in a town heavily connected to the local university, especially a Big Ten college town.

Advice:
When deciding on a graduate program, it’s important that the program both aligns with your career goals and offers a community that you enjoy being a member of. I encourage you to reach out to current students as it’s one of the best ways to effectively learn about your program of interest and to hear first-hand experiences of the WSB community.

Fun fact:
I was once interviewed for a local Korean news channel while visiting Busan, South Korea
