September 13, 2020

There’s No Place Like Home – If You Can Get One! Understanding America’s Housing Shortage

Before the COVID-19 outbreak, a lack of housing supply was the most pressing problem in the housing market. And in spite of persisting uncertainty, the U.S. continues to face a lattice of continuing demand, tight supply and disciplined financial underwriting. The result? 2020 could prove to be the most challenging year for buyers due to lack of supply and challenging lending standards.

On October 1 and 2, the Graaskamp Center will host the Virtual Wisconsin Real Estate and Economic  Outlook Conference.   Thought leaders who are on the front lines of housing market research, policy and practice will address complex questions and solutions to alleviate the shortage of housing supply and the impact of tightening credit at this year’s Virtual Wisconsin Real Estate & Economic Outlook Conference.

Register now!  The fee is $50 for non-profit and $80 for corporate attendees.
