Yvette Henry is the Senior Vice President, Strategic Sourcing at Regal Rexnord (NYSE: RRX). Regal Rexnord Corporation, with 2023 revenues of $6.7 Billion and 35,000 associates, is a global leader in the engineering and manufacturing of factory automation sub-systems, industrial powertrain solutions, automation and mechanical power transmission components, electric motors and electronic controls, air moving products, and specialty electrical components and systems, serving customers around the world. Yvette leads the strategic sourcing vision for the global industrial technology and automation manufacturer. She is based in Chicago, Illinois.
Yvette has over 25 years of sourcing and supply chain experience in global manufacturing operations. Prior to joining Kennametal, she was the Group Sourcing Director at ITW (Illinois Tool Works) in Glenview, Illinois. In addition to her work at ITW, she has held a variety of operations and procurement roles at BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), Ford Motor Company, and The Gillette Company. She started her career at Federal-Mogul Corporation.
Yvette holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in Materials and Logistics Management from Michigan State University. Yvette has a personal and professional passion for community engagement. Yvette served on the Leadership Council for the Chicago United Negro College Fund (UNCF), and Advisory Board member of After School Matters. She is currently serves on the Advisory Council of the Griffin Museum of Science and Industry’s Black Creativity initiative.
