Andrew E. Plesko, Esq. is the President and General Counsel of E.J. Plesko & Associates, Inc. (EJPA). Mr. Plesko has been active in the commercial real estate industry for over twenty-five years, first as an attorney in private practice at the law firm of Christoffel & Elliott, P.A., and the past fifteen years as an officer of EJPA.
Mr. Plesko received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with Distinction from Northwestern University in 1991 and was admitted as a member of Phi Beta Kappa that same year. Mr. Plesko received his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota in 1994.
In 2001, Mr. Plesko joined EJPA as its General Counsel, overseeing all legal matters of the corporation and its affiliates. His responsibilities in this capacity include working with outside counsel regarding EJPA’s acquisition, sale, development, leasing, management and financing of commercial properties.
Mr. Plesko has been President of EJPA since 2013. He is the chief executive officer for the company overseeing both the management and development divisions of EJPA. These responsibilities include coordinating the acquisition and disposition of properties, tenant leasing, financing of projects, managing lender and partner relationships, property management and overseeing new development opportunities for the corporation.
Mr. Plesko resides in Minneapolis, MN and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association and International Council of Shopping Centers.
