Chris has 20 years of industry and consulting experience helping global companies drive operational performance improvements through large-scale growth, efficiency, and cost reduction initiatives. His experience encompasses a wide range of supply chain topics including demand/supply synchronization, working capital improvements, and distribution operations optimization. Chris has done extensive work helping global retail, telecom and high-tech companies design and implement best-in-class supply chain strategy models and capabilities. Very recently, Chris led the retail supply chain functions for a major mobile telecom including the transformation of planning and distribution processes and technologies to improve retail in-stock performance while lowering working capital investments and operating expenses.
Chris has led and been part of multinational teams in large scale, complex supply chains across North America, Asia, and Europe. Chris possesses deep expertise in working across cultures, geographies, and functional areas.
Chris has served for six years in the U.S. Air Force, holding the rank of captain as an analyst in the Pentagon. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in operations research from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a Master of Science degree in operations research from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and a Master of Business Administration in supply chain management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
