Cole was born and raised in Onalaska, Wisconsin, graduating with a BBA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2016. He double majored in Operations & Technology Management and Marketing, with a Specialization in Supply Chain Management.
Cole has spent just over 7 years at Kohler Co., starting his career in Kohler Co.’s Global Supply Chain Rotational Program. He completed assignments within three groups including Procurement Systems & Governance, Logistics, and Strategic Sourcing as an expat stationed at Kohler’s European Headquarters in Paris, France. Since then, Cole has held roles of increasing responsibility within Distribution Operations, Continuous Improvement and Supply Chain Project Management. Cole currently leads a team responsible for Distribution design, Process Improvement, and Automation capabilities for 7 million square feet of distribution operations across 21 locations in North America. Cole has also lead recruiting efforts at UW–Madison for Koher Co. over the past 6 years.
Cole currently lives in Chicago and enjoys traveling to new places, hiking, and golfing. As a dedicated Badger fan, Cole spends many weekends cheering on the Badgers with friends from Camp Randall South, Will’s Northwoods Inn, in Chicago.
