Eric Seip is the senior vice president of global operations and chief supply chain officer at Ingredion. Ingredion is a leading global ingredients solutions company turning grains, fruits, vegetables and other plant materials into ingredients that make crackers crunchy, candy sweet, yogurt creamy, lotions and creams silky, plastics biodegradable and tissues softer and stronger.
In this role, Eric leads global operations, supply chain and procurement while driving world-class safety, delivering cost savings through efficiency management and accelerating digital transformation.
Eric brings more than 30 years of global operations and supply chain experience in asset expansions, integrations, turnarounds, spin-offs and is expert in operations strategy, Lean Six Sigma and change management. Experiences include Fortune 200, Private Equity, his own tech start up, working across electronic materials, specialty chemicals and now food ingredients.
Before joining Ingredion, Seip was senior vice president CSCO at ChampionX (formerly Ecolab), a global oil and gas services company. Prior to Ecolab, private equity TPG, and Cookson plc.
Seip holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh and a MBA from Pepperdine University.
