Jacqueline (Jackie) Barlow is the Head of Regional Commercial Real Estate at CIBC Bank US. She is responsible for managing the Bank’s real estate lending teams in the Atlanta, Cleveland, Denver, Michigan, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, South Florida and St. Louis markets. Her teams focus on developing and managing real estate finance and banking relationships with dynamic and growing commercial real estate companies. Prior to her current role, Jackie was the Senior Credit Officer for real estate and healthcare. She also serves as a member of the CRA Investment Committee.
Prior to joining The PrivateBank in 2014 (Toronto-based CIBC acquired The PrivateBank in June 2017), Ms. Barlow led Loan Management Solutions efforts to resolve a portfolio of 3,000 distressed real estate loans for a bank client. She spent 10 years with Park National Bank (now U.S. Bank) managing a $4 billion purchased loan platform with $1 billion of annual volume. She has also worked for First Chicago (now Chase) and Marine Midland Bank (now HSBC) in business development, credit, loan workout and loan syndications.
Ms. Barlow earned Masters of Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and her Bachelors of Business for the University of Wisconsin School of Business. She is an active volunteer currently serving on the Oak Park Economic Development Corporation board and Treasurer of the Hephzibah Children’s Trust.
