Jon Hammes is the Managing Partner of Hammes Company. His primary responsibilities include providing overall leadership and managing the efforts of the national organization. Hammes Company is in the development, financing and management of strategic real estate assets, specifically in the healthcare and sports industry. Hammes Partners, is a registered institutional private equity fund that develops and acquires healthcare facilities on behalf of pension funds, endowments and foundations nationally.
Jon has been an active participant in the Milwaukee community. He serves on the boards of the Medical College of Wisconsin, the University of Wisconsin Foundation, Marquette University, Summerfest and Teach for America. In addition, he serves on the boards of the Greater Milwaukee Committee, the Milwaukee Metropolitan Association of Commerce, the Badger Institute, and WiCab Inc.
Jon earned an M.S. degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin and a BBA degree from the University Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
