Meghan (Wulff) Reibstein is the VP of Organizational Operations at Zillow. Meghan is guiding Zillow’s transformation to a fully flexible workplace, a multi-year journey to enable employees to work where and when they are most productive. She leads leaders of Workplace Experience, Distributed Work, Product & Program Operations, People Product, People Operations, People Analytics, and Total Rewards.
Prior to Zillow, Meghan spent seven years at Amazon in product management & program operations roles. Notably, she was the single-threaded leader on the first Prime Day, and she served as Technical Advisor to Amazon’s first female ‘S-team’ member and CHRO. Meghan began her career in the restaurant business, working at two State Street staples (Stillwaters & Espresso Royale Cafe) during her time in Madison.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from UW in 2006. In 2008, she attended Seattle University School of Law, but after the first year decided a career in law was not the right path for her – she made her way into various roles in general business, finding her home in the tech industry in 2011. Meghan and her husband Andrew live in Asheville, NC and are outdoor enthusiasts increasingly focused on the impacts of climate change and doing their part to restore our environment. She loves reading (physical) books, experimenting with interior & landscape design, and facing her fears on her mountain bike.
