Ross Williams joined Baird in 1998, is a member of the Technology & Services Group and co-leads Baird’s Facility, Industrial & Rental (“FIR”) Services effort. Since joining the firm, he has advised on dozens of equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other transactions. Within the FIR sector, he is focused on initial and follow-on equity offerings and middle-market M&A advisory services. Typical M&A transaction values range from $100 million to $1 billion. Recent deal experience includes the sales of MHS to Harvest Partners; Trench Plate Rental Company to Oaktree; and Valet Waste to Ares. His management responsibilities at Baird include co-chairing Investment Banking’s Marketing and Communications Committee.
Outside of work, Ross is active with several not-for-profit organizations. He serves as Treasurer of the Charles E. Kubly Foundation, a public charity with a mental health mission; is a board of advisors member at the Nicholas Center for Corporate Finance and Investment Banking at the University of Wisconsin; and is Treasurer of the Board at 88nine Radio Milwaukee. He received his M.B.A. with distinction from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his B.A. with honors from the University of Wisconsin, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
