Yvette Henry is the Vice President, Global Sourcing at Kennametal (NYSE: KMT). She leads the strategic sourcing vision for the global industrial technology leader. She is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Yvette has over 25 years of sourcing and supply chain experience in global manufacturing operations. Prior to joining Kennametal, she was the Group Sourcing Director at ITW (Illinois Tool Works) in Glenview, Illinois. In addition to her work at ITW, she has held a variety of operations and procurement roles at BD, Ford Motor Company, and The Gillette Company.
Yvette holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in Materials and Logistics Management from Michigan State University. Yvette has a personal and professional passion for community engagement. Yvette is an Executive Advisory Board member of Grainger Supply Chain Management UW–Madison. She served on the Leadership Council for the Chicago United Negro College Fund (UNCF), Advisory Committee of the Museum of Science and Industry’s Black Creativity initiative, and Advisory Board member of After School Matters.
