Before joining the MBA program, Jordan worked as a quality manager at Epic. His role involved identifying potential efficiency gains in workflows and implementing process improvements. Jordan’s decision to pursue an MBA stemmed from his enjoyment of business courses during his undergraduate studies, particularly finance. He saw the MBA as a pathway to career advancement, allowing him to engage in higher-level conversations and decision-making in a field that is both challenging and rewarding. His positive experiences at UW-Madison as an undergraduate student influenced his decision to return for his MBA.
