Greetings Alumni and Friends of the Weinert Center,

It is my great pleasure to take on the role of Academic Director of the Weinert Center! It is fantastic to be joining an excellent team of Dan, Jon, John, Sarada, Lisa, Phil, Mike, and Megan and a network of dedicated alumni, board members and students.

With an increasing focus on new technologies and challenging competitive environments, entrepreneurship is more important than ever. Extensive recent research shows that with more intelligent technologies available to companies, the nature of skills that can create value in the marketplace is changing. The benefits of creativity, innovativeness and entrepreneurial thinking are increasing. Instilling these skills in our students is a core mission of the Weinert Center and our programs. Consequently, we play an important role not only in facilitating the local entrepreneurial ecosystem but in the ability to foster the education of relevant skills more broadly.

Accomplishing such goals would not be possible without your support and engagement with the Weinert Center. I am excited to join forces with all of you and continue this journey.
