When it comes to events, Jack Bradway is firing on all cylinders

Jack Bradway (MBA ’06) has hosted many amazing events—but knows there’s always room for improvement.

“I’ve done a lot of things but I haven’t yet done the perfect event,” he says. “There’s always one more question I could have asked to make an event even a hair better. That’s what pushes me.”

Growing up in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Jack developed an early interest in both business and the arts. But it wasn’t until he came to the Wisconsin School of Business to pursue an MBA in arts administration—and began coordinating Madison’s popular Art Fair on the Square event—that his love of events was born.

Now, as the events manager at the Harley-Davidson Museum—a job that combines many of his passions—Jack oversees about 500 functions a year, from small corporate retreats and meetings to huge trade shows and weddings. Even with such a packed schedule, he makes it a point to get to know his clients personally to ensure their needs are met and any concerns are addressed.

“I like to ask every client what keeps them up at night,” Jack says. “If I can get that worry out of the way, we’re already 90% of the way there. If you put your faith in me to make your event right, we’re going to get it done.”
