Yesterday, Ryles Kjellsen, Mary Parmeter and Jacob Smith competed against Marquette University and UW-Milwaukee in the final round of the ACG Cup Competition. The “Dream Team” as this group of two second years and one first year named themselves, emerged the victors after an evening of high-level finance presentations. This year’s competition venue was held at the Grohamnn Museum, a building that was once the Milwaukee branch of the Chicago Federal Reserve Bank on the Milwaukee School of Engineering Campus. After the completion wrapped up, students, judges and guests were invited to an evening of networking and cocktails.
The ACG Cup is a valuable experience for both our first and second year MBA students; the experience gives them the opportunity to exercise the full breath of skills they have learned over the past academic year(s). The students are excited to bring home the trophy and prominently display their hard work in the Nicholas Center.
The Nicholas Center thanks the ACG Chapter of Wisconsin for facilitating the case competition.
