About Min
Min Li is a faculty member at the Wisconsin School of Business, University of Wisconsin–Madison, specializing in management, global business, and negotiations. With over two decades of academic experience, Min bridges the gap between theoretical frameworks and real-world application, empowering students to master effective management practices in an increasingly interconnected world.
A champion of experiential learning, Min leads global study tours for Full-Time and Master's, and Professional MBA programs, providing students with first-hand insights into international markets. Her teaching and research interests include cross-cultural management, negotiations, employee diversity networks, and women’s leadership. Originally from China, Min earned her PhD in Management from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and remains a dedicated advocate for global education.
