Biography

Victoria Zhang joined the Wisconsin School of Business in June 2021 as an Assistant Professor in the Management and Human Resources Department.

Professor Zhang’s work focuses on social networks, contentious professional practices, and behavioral change. She adopts a social networks lens to investigate how micro-level interactions shape norm-violating practices.

Professor Zhang earned her BA in Mathematics and BA in Economics from Cornell University, and her PhD in Organizations and Management from Yale School of Management. Before joining the Wisconsin School of Business, she was a Postdoctoral Associate at the Yale School of Management.
