Amy Jo Pedone
WSB Impact Award

Amy Jo Pedone (BBA ’96)

Known for her relentless and contagious enthusiasm, passion for UW–Madison, and can-do attitude, Amy Jo Pedone is one the inaugural recipients of the WSB Impact Award. The CEO and certified master chocolatier of Valenza Chocolatier, Inc., Pedone has become a major supporter of alumni engagement efforts and entrepreneurship initiatives at WSB.

Sean Jacobsohn
WSB Impact Award

Sean Jacobsohn (BBA ’94)

Growing up in Wisconsin, Sean Jacobsohn knew exactly where he wanted to go to college: UW–Madison. Now a partner at Norwest Venture Partners, Jacobsohn—a 2024 recipient of the WSB Impact Award—continues to positively impact the Business Badger community through board service, philanthropy, the development of corporate partnerships, and much more.

Dan Kelly
Distinguished Business Alumni Award

Dan Kelly (BBA ’84, MBA ’85)

Described by peers as the “epitome of the Wisconsin Idea,” it’s no wonder why Dan Kelly was named as one of the 2024 recipients of WSB’s Distinguished Business Alumni Award. Among his other achievements, Kelly was specifically recognized for his efforts to strengthen the relationship between WSB and his longtime employer, American Family Insurance.

Ricky Sandler
Distinguished Business Alumni Award

Ricky Sandler (BBA ’91)

WSB’s Learning Commons is one of Grainger Hall’s signature spaces, and was made possible by Ricky Sandler, a 2024 recipient of the Distinguished Business Alumni Award. The founder, CEO, and chief investment officer of Eminence Capital, LP, Sandler provided the lead gift to create the state-of-the art learning and study space, and continues to support the school in many other ways.

Cheryl Stallworth
Distinguished Business Alumni Award

Cheryl Stallworth (MBA ’81)

A global business leader with deep marketing experience, Cheryl Stallworth was named a 2024 recipient of WSB’s Distinguished Business Alumni Award. In addition to her many career achievements and contributions to WSB’s graduate programs, Stallworth was recognized for her commitment to socially responsible leadership—a message she continues to share with today’s students.

Colin Welch
Distinguished Business Alumni Award

Colin Welch (BBA ’92)

During his time on WSB’s External Advisory Board, Colin Welch has advised the school on everything from program innovation to navigating a pandemic—and continues to be a generous supporter, philanthropist, and ambassador for WSB. His hard work and impact on the school was recognized with a 2024 Distinguished Business Alumni Award from WSB.
