Pre-MBA career experience:

Why did you choose the Wisconsin MBA?
Coming from a technology background, I was attracted to the Wisconsin MBA, particularly the Operations and Technology Management specialization for its STEM-based teaching approach. Furthermore, I sought an MBA program that was affordable but also demonstrated broad industry connections, as well as high employment outcomes. Through my research and interactions with Wisconsin alumni, the Wisconsin MBA program demonstrated all of these and gave me the confidence I needed to make the choice for Wisconsin among other universities.
What advice would you give to prospective students?
I would recommend prospective students, talk to current students and alumni, and even visit the Grainger Hall here at Madison, physically or virtually, while exploring the Wisconsin MBA program. Once you have decided the Wisconsin MBA is right for you, apply in the first or second round, showcase your skills, and you may qualify for one form of financial aid or the other.
