Pre-MBA career experience:
Upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2012, I worked as an Assistant Store Manager for a national department store for three years. In 2015, I transitioned into the financial services industry and became a Wealth Management Associate, supporting a team of financial advisors at a national financial advisory firm.

Why did you choose the Wisconsin MBA?
I chose the Wisconsin MBA Program because my first four years as a Badger were some of the most challenging and rewarding years of my life. I knew the curriculum would be outstanding and the connections I would form would last a lifetime. Of the many programs I visited, the Wisconsin MBA Program felt the most personalized and engaging. Every person I met with on my campus visit was welcoming and passionate about the program. I knew if I had the opportunity to join the Wisconsin School of Business again, it would be a truly exceptional experience.

What advice would you give to prospective students?
Be prepared to be challenged, to build lifelong friendships and connections, to fall in love with Madison and being a Badger. This community is truly special and you won’t regret your decision to become a part of it.

Please share some fun and interesting facts about yourself.
I have an almost 15-year-old Cocker Spaniel. Her name is Cori and she is quite the princess. Even though dogs don’t turn exactly 100, my brother and I threw her a small 100th birthday party this summer. She wore a pink hat and bow tie and was living her best life.
